ATVs are enjoyed by many residents across South Carolina. However, many get on these vehicles without knowing how these machines really operate and how to react in the case of an emergency. Nearly one-third of those killed in fatal ATV accidents are under the age of 16.

The pain of losing a loved one, especially when the accident was caused by someone else’s negligence, is unbearable, and those closest to the victim are almost always affected. Wrongful death cases frequently result in significant financial losses for families, both now and in the future, necessitating the assistance of a Winnsboro car accident lawyer.
