
Taylorsville, GA (February 6, 2023) – On Saturday morning, February 4, a child lost their life in a fatal DUI accident on a roadway in Taylorsville.
According to Bartow County officials, the accident happened around 10:20 a.m. on GA-113 around the area of Gordon McCormick Road. Police confirmed that 33-year-old Autumn Clark was driving in the area when she failed to maintain her lane of traffic and became involved in a crash. The accident led to extensive damage.
Several Taylorsville responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. A child involved in the accident, who has only been identified as a five-year-old, was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.
