South Carolina High-Speed Collisions
The National Roadway Transportation Safety Administration estimates that between 94 and 96 percent of all highway collisions are the result of driver error. Data from South Carolina reveals a similar pattern. The primary contributing cause in all incidents and accidents in South Carolina in 2019 that resulted in injuries was driving too fast for the circumstances.
Drivers occasionally make reckless decisions that could seriously harm other vehicles, passengers, motorcyclists, pedestrians, and more, whether it be due to alcohol, distracted driving, or speeding. In the event that an accident causes you to lose your path in life, you should consult with lawyers who can advise you on how to get just compensation from the person who caused the accident.
Sometimes, the cause of a car collision is obvious. Any injuries that may have resulted from the crash may have been caused in part by the product manufacturers, the property owners, and anybody else who wasn’t directly engaged in the incident. Other people may be found to have been negligent in these circumstances and held accountable for any harm they cause. You can find the individual who caused your injuries and hold them accountable with the aid of an experienced personal injury lawyer.
