Multiple-Vehicle Crashes in Georgia
Georgia has tens of thousands of collisions yearly due to reckless driving. In fact, the majority of the most recent traffic data from the Georgia Department of Transportation anticipated that in 2021, the state would see well over 350,000 auto accidents.
Tragically, over 1,200 people have died as a result of the dangers on our roads and the negligence of other motorists, including texting and drunk driving. At least 118,000 people have also been hurt. The issue is inevitably made worse by the fact that those at fault in auto accidents are not always held accountable. T
However, the fact that individuals injured in accidents shouldn’t have to pay for their medical treatment should go without saying. Your long-term health and well-being should come first when choosing an attorney to represent you after suffering injuries in an avoidable accident. What’s more, your best hope for getting the information and counsel you need is to consult with a car accident lawyer.
In order for the court to find in your favor and determine that the other motorist is accountable for the collision and your injuries, you must demonstrate that the accident was not your fault. Do you always need a claim? If you and the other side are unable to come to a compromise, how limited are your options? For guidance on what to do next, speak with a personal injury attorney.
