High-Speed Collisions in Georgia

Kennesaw, GA - Injuries Reported in Car Wreck at I-575 & Barrett PkwyThe leading cause of fatal crashes in Georgia is speed, and half of all car accidents reported in the United States each year are the result of aggressive drivers, the majority of whom were speeding. Speeding was a contributing factor in one-third of all reported traffic fatalities in the country over the previous 20 years. If you were wounded by a vehicle that was driving too fast for the circumstances of the road, you should speak with an attorney to discuss your eligibility for compensation.

Automobile accident victims endure excruciating pain, accrue a mountain of medical bills, and lose money because they are unable to work. The road to rehabilitation can be difficult and long, and to make matters worse, the insurance provider will likely offer as little as they can in an effort to protect their own bottom line.   Vehicle collisions can occur suddenly and without notice. Every day, there are several traffic accidents in Georgia, and you can be left with serious injuries in the blink of an eye.

You should get medical attention as soon as you can if you decide to file a claim for compensation after becoming hurt in an automobile accident. Many car-crash-related injuries take longer to develop, so the symptoms of some injuries may not show up for several days or even weeks after the initial impact. If you don’t seek treatment for your injuries, insurance companies can try to argue that they are not serious and attempt to prevent giving out the money you need and deserve.
