Pedestrians are some of the most vulnerable parties on our roads in Georgia. This is due to the fact that they have no protection from harm in the event of an accident. Hundreds of pedestrians lose their lives every day in Georgia. In 2021, it was reported that approximately 322 pedestrians were killed in fatal accidents due to the recklessness of others throughout the state. The truth is that most pedestrian collisions can be prevented but continue to happen due to negligent drivers who are not paying close attention to the roads around them.
