Great Falls, SC – Man Riding in Bucket Dies After Hitting Limb Dearborn St
Great Falls, SC (January 8, 2022) – A man was killed after a bucket attached to a van collided with a tree limb in Great Falls on Friday afternoon, January 7. The deadly accident took place on Dearborn Street at around 2:10 p.m.
A 1995 Chevrolet van equipped with a boom and bucket was traveling down the roadway at the time of the incident. The van was headed westbound when the bucket the victim was traveling in hit a tree. The passenger was ejected from the bucket and suffered fatal injuries.
The identity of the deceased party has not been released at this time. No other injuries were reported.
