A wrongful death is defined by South Carolina law as a passing that was brought on by the recklessness, negligence, or illegal activity of another person. The victim should have been given the chance to file a claim and seek compensation from the person or business that was accountable for doing the illegal act or omission if they were still alive and had suffered as a result. We wish to assist you in moving past the terrible loss you have experienced.
It is never simple or easy to go through the grieving process after losing a loved one. It could be particularly challenging if you think that the tragedy could have been avoided if the negligent party had acted in a reasonable way. If the negligent party’s actions caused the death of a close friend of yours or a member of your family, you have the legal right to submit a claim for compensation against that person. We will take the appropriate actions to make sure the offender is held accountable for the damage they have caused, whether they are a business or a person.
