Fort Oglethorpe, GA (March 14, 2023) – Around 6 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, March 14, a head-on collision with injuries took place in Fort Oglethorpe.
According to Fort Oglethorpe officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Cloud Springs Road and Mack Smith Road. Police confirmed that two vehicles were traveling in the area when one swerved into the other lane of traffic due to unknown reasons. This caused the vehicles to collide head-on, leading to extensive damage.
