Forsyth, GA (August 30, 2022) – On Monday, August 29, a hit-and-run accident with injuries took place on a highway in Forsyth.
According to Monroe County officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Johnstonville Road. Police confirmed that a vehicle was traveling in the area when it collided with a second vehicle. The first vehicle then fled the scene of the accident after causing severe damage to the involved vehicle.
