South Carolina Vehicle Crashes & Injuries
Every day in the United States, distracted driving causes around 10 deaths and 1,090 injuries. Moreover, South Carolina has the seventh-worst driving record in the whole United States, according to the available data. In fact, in 2019 alone, South Carolina had the highest fatality rate per 100 million vehicle miles, placing it first in the nation.
Sadly, it is the victims and their families who pay the price after these accidents. And adding insult to injury, first settlement offers from insurance companies are often inadequate. Needless to say, you should ignore any offers until you have had the opportunity to discuss the facts of your case with a South Carolina auto accident lawyer.
It is typical for insurance companies to downplay the severity of accident victims’ injuries to reject their claims or offer less than a victim deserves. At Monge & Associates, our skilled legal team thinks you should get full, robust compensation to cover all of your losses.
We believe that it’s unfair for victims and their families to cover accident-related expenses out of pocket, especially when their auto accident was caused by the negligence of another driver.
Thankfully, if you consult with an attorney that specializes in vehicle accident cases in Easley, your chances of winning your personal injury claim will be considerably improved. Monge & Associates will make every effort to guarantee that you get the financial assistance and settlement necessary to recover from your accident-related injuries. The first step toward a complete recovery after an unexpected accident is submitting a personal injury claim for compensation.
