Some out-of-pocket costs you incurred as a result of the accident may also be included in damages for your personal injuries. Most people are aware of the expenses typically incurred when involved in a serious auto accident. But when one considers the amount of money lost due to missed work and the escalating costs of medical care, additional visits, and vehicle maintenance, the situation is made much worse.
