Auto Accidents in South Carolina
Driving is almost a necessity for many South Carolinians, yet the state’s car accident statistics are horrific. An automobile accident happens on South Carolina’s roadways on average every five minutes, and a person is injured in a car accident every 8.5 minutes, according to the South Carolina Department of Public Safety.

Nobody ever plans to be involved in a motor vehicle accident, but tragically, they happen very regularly. No matter how serious the accident, being in a car accident is virtually always a terrible event that might have a lasting impact on your life. Negative outcomes from car accidents might include injury to you and your loved ones, time lost at work, and costly vehicle repairs.
If the accident was not your fault, you are not required to hire a car accident attorney. It is, nevertheless, strongly advised that you do so. However, if you have been harmed, a lawyer may help you get the money you truly deserve in compensation. This payout can go toward paying for medical expenses, making up for missed income, and much more.
