South Carolina Car Wrecks
One of the riskiest activities we engage in on a daily basis is driving a car. South Carolina has the country’s highest per capita rate of fatal collisions in 2018. With 1,037 fatalities, automobiles, trucks, and SUVs accounted for roughly 65% of all fatal vehicle incidents in the state that year. According to data, other motorists are at fault for roughly 82% of all fatal crashes in South Carolina.
As a result of a catastrophic vehicle accident, victims and their families may suffer serious injuries as well as financial losses, and the accompanying injuries have the ability to utterly shatter a victim’s life. Car accident victims may face medical expenditures, lost pay due to incapacity to return to work, and long-term agony and suffering. Dealing with the aftermath of a traffic accident without the help of a Columbia personal injury lawyer may be daunting for victims and their families.
