Reckless Driving Wrecks in South Carolina
Nearly three out of every ten reported automotive accidents are caused by a negligent driver, and over 90 percent of recorded auto accidents are caused by some degree of human error. Those injured as a consequence of a negligent driver’s actions may be able to recover lost compensation by working with a personal injury lawyer.
Those who have been wrongly injured in an unforeseen vehicle accident are often left seeking explanations, and finding ways to recover is far from simple. Fighting a huge insurance company may be scary, and most accident victims are unfamiliar with the concept of filing a personal injury claim for compensation. The wounded party’s first goal after being involved in an automobile accident is to find a means to heal.

Because our Columbia personal injury lawyers have years of legal experience, you can be certain that your case will be handled properly when you meet with them.
