Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia

Pedestrian accidents are known for being some of the most severe accidents that occur on our roads in Georgia every year. In fact, hundreds of pedestrians are killed and many others were injured in these horrific collisions. Pedestrians have few protections from harm in the event of an accident, which means that their life could be taken in the blink of an eye. In just 2020 alone, it was reported that approximately 273 people were killed in fatal pedestrian accidents due to the negligence of others in Georgia. If you have been seriously impacted by a pedestrian accident, it is important that you speak with an attorney that you can rely on.

  • Spinal cord injuries
  • Traumatic brain injuries (TBIs)
  • Internal organ damage
  • Paralysis
  • Fractures

The injuries that stem from a pedestrian accident are capable of landing you in the hospital for days, weeks, or even months at a time.
