Atlanta, GA – Two-Vehicle Rollover Accident with Injuries in EB Lanes of I-285
Atlanta, GA (May 28, 2022) – One or more victims were injured in a rollover accident that took place on a major highway in Atlanta on Saturday afternoon, May 28.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of I-285 around the area of I-20 at 3 p.m. Two vehicles were traveling on the highway when they collided with each other, causing both to roll over forcefully. Both of the vehicles sustained severe damages as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. Several parties sustained injuries as a result of the accident. Several lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene so traffic could return to normal.
