Truck Accidents in Georgia

Georgia is no stranger to truck accidents, which have been increasing on our roads over recent years. In 2016, it is estimated that 169 people were killed in Georgia truck accidents and thousands sustained serious injuries. Tractor-trailer collisions can almost always be prevented when drivers are paying close attention to the roads around them. Because truck drivers spend a long period of time on our roads, they are more likely to engage in some of these reckless actions:

  • Distracted driving
  • Drunk driving
  • Falling asleep at the wheel

As an injured party, you will need to show that a truck driver or another related party is liable for your accident. Because this is not always easy to do, you will need the skilled help of an attorney on your side.

The consequences of a truck accident can be incredibly harsh. This is why you should speak with an Atlanta truck accident lawyer that you can trust in your time of need. It is normal to feel overwhelmed on physical, emotional, and financial levels after one of these accidents.
