Atlanta, GA (March 21, 2023) – Injuries were reported in a car accident that took place on a highway in Atlanta on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 21.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened at 3:15 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of GA-16. Police confirmed that several vehicles were traveling in the southbound lanes of traffic when they collided with each other, causing one of the vehicles to overturn in the grass median. The involved vehicles were extensively damaged as a result of the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more parties inside the rolled vehicle sustained injuries in the accident. The injured parties were treated on scene and then hospitalized. Their current conditions are not yet known.
