Georgia Rear-End Car Accidents

Rear-end collisions, understood as the most prevalent kind of car accident, often occur on America’s highways and throughout Georgia. In fact, more than half of all automobile accidents in the Peach State were categorized as rear-end collisions, also known as fender benders, in just one year.

Despite the fact that most of these accidents end in minor bumps and bruises, they are also responsible for a significant number of more catastrophic injuries, such as:

  • Spinal cord trauma and muscle pain, including whiplash
  • TBIs, or traumatic brain injuries
  • Fractures or serious bone breaks

Last year, rear-end collisions were responsible for around 7% of all fatal accidents. However, regardless of the reason for your accident or the degree of your injuries, it’s critical to protect your legal rights in the aftermath.
