
Atlanta, GA (January 15, 2023) – On Sunday evening, a car accident on an Atlanta-area thoroughfare resulted in injuries to at least one person.
According to Atlanta Police, the crash happened at 7:00 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-75/85 near 10th Street (Exit 250). Officers added that at least two automobiles were traveling through the area when they wrecked for unclear reasons. Because of the severity of the damage, the impacted vehicles had to be removed from the scene.
To aid those in need, paramedics, firemen, and a large number of other responders were sent to the scene quickly. The crash wounded one or more persons, who were treated on the scene by EMTs. Although their conditions are yet unknown, the injured victims were hospitalized.
Following the crash, there were significant delays in the area. The police recommended drivers in the area to use Northside Drive as a detour in the meantime.
The accident’s circumstances are still being investigated at this time.
