
Atlanta, GA (February 25, 2023) – Fayetteville Police Department crash investigators are trying to determine how an 83-year-old man died in a collision that took place on Wednesday, February 15.
Inquiries were made to the police on Wednesday at around 2:00 p.m. after a crash on I-85 northbound at Promenade Parkway. Two automobiles apparently collided, and an elderly Jonesboro man was injured and sent to Piedmont Fayette Hospital, where he later passed away.
Officer P. McDonald with the Fayetteville PD is requesting anybody who saw the collision to get in touch. In the meantime, an investigation is still ongoing.
