Car Crashes in Georgia

The number of collisions on county roads has varied greatly since 2014. There were 46,887 reported road incidents in that year. In 2017, there were 63,984 accidents, a 33 percent increase from the previous year. In 2018, there were fewer collisions overall in Atlanta and Fulton County than in 2017, when there were 45,944 crashes in the area.
Justice is not done when those who are financially liable for a serious traffic accident were not at fault. If drivers had been a little bit more cautious, many of these tragic collisions might have been avoided. Ensuring that people in charge of the issue are likewise held accountable for their conduct is made possible by strict adherence to traffic and safety laws and regulations. Unfortunately, not all drivers take their responsibilities to other road users as seriously as they should.
Anyone who was injured or lost property in an automobile accident due to the carelessness or negligence of another motorist is entitled to compensation. The injured party must show that the negligent party owed them a duty of care, that this duty was breached, that the breach resulted in the accident, and that the accident actually caused them harm. Or, to put it another way, it is up to the victim to show that the person who did it owed them a duty of care.
