Injuries in Georgia Car Accidents
Accidents involving motor vehicles cause significant harm or death to hundreds of Georgians every year. At the very least, one person is killed or wounded in a car crash every single day. By the year 2024, car accidents will have injured between 125,000 and 130,000 Georgians. Unsafe driving practices by other motorists are a common hazard on the roads across the United States.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while distracted, and breaking traffic regulations are the primary contributors to this problem.
