Atlanta, GA (February 25, 2023) – An automobile accident occurred in Fulton County that injured at least one person.
Reports provided by the Georgia Department of Transportation showed that just before 5:45 a.m. on Saturday morning, a traffic accident blocked the northbound side of I-85. The incident caused delays near the exit ramp for Druid Hills Road.
One lane of travel and the shoulder were both blocked as a result of the accident, causing delays in the area.
Paramedics responded to the scene to care for the injured victims and transport them to area hospitals.
The Georgia Highway Patrol and firefighters remained at the scene extensively while working to clear the road.
Investigations into the crash are currently underway.
