Atlanta, GA – Injuries Occur in Multi-Driver Wreck on I-85 at Cleveland Ave

Atlanta, GA (November 25, 2022) – On November 25, two to three vehicles crashed in the Atlanta area, injuring a handful of people.

The right lanes were briefly closed due to an accident on southbound Interstate 85 shortly before the Cleveland Avenue exit.

The emergency response teams, which included the fire department and ambulance service, arrived at 11:25 a.m. At first glance, the collision involving a tractor-trailer and another passenger vehicle may have included a third driver. The events that precipitated the crash and the various factors leading to the incident remain unknown, however.

For somewhere between 30 minutes and an hour, the majority of nearby traffic was unable to utilize the route. However, the police have just now indicated that they are looking into the event and have not offered any other details.
