Georgia Car Accident Injuries
Within seconds, car accidents have the power to completely upend people’s lives. Sadly, many individuals suffer injuries in vehicle accidents each year in Georgia. Despite the fact that automobile accidents may occur almost everywhere, roads are among the locations where incidents occur most often.
In reality, more than half of automobile accidents resulting in injuries and deaths in just one recent year occurred on highways and other major thoroughfares. There are a variety of causes for these crashes, including:
- Driving while distracted, such as texting behind the wheel
- Drugged or drunk driving
- Speeding and reckless or aggressive driving
Most accident victims only get minor wounds, scrapes, and bruises. Yet far too often, victims have severe injuries, forcing them to leave work for weeks or even months while healing and incurring high medical costs out of pocket.
