It is sad when a family member passes away suddenly and without warning. An investigation must be started whenever there is even the remotest chance that a fatality may have been brought on by someone else’s carelessness, recklessness, or criminal intent. If a loved one dies in an automobile accident, you could be eligible to file a lawsuit against the negligent parties for financial compensation. You might be able to use this to replace the primary breadwinner’s income, pay for your funeral and medical expenses, and receive compensation for the emotional distress you’ve had because of the loss.
According to the laws of South Carolina, a “wrongful death” is a passing that occurred as a direct result of the carelessness, negligence, or criminal behavior of another individual. If the victim was still alive and had suffered as a result of the illegal act or omission that was performed, they should have been given the opportunity to submit a claim and seek restitution from the person or company that was responsible for doing the illegal act or omission. We want to help you get over the awful loss that you have suffered.
