Alcolu, SC – Update: Deandre Morrow, Charlie Brunson Die in Crash on SC-521

Alcolu, SC (March 6, 2022) – The identities of the two people killed following a traffic accident in Alcolu on Saturday morning, March 5, have been released by local authorities. 

It has been confirmed that 26-year-old Deandre Morrow and 29-year-old Charlie Brunson of Sumter County were traveling in a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban at the time of the crash. At around 7 a.m. the vehicle left the roadway where it crashed into a tree. Both occupants suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. 

No additional information has been provided. An ongoing investigation into the deadly crash is being managed by local authorities.
