Michael Whitsitt
ATTORNEY
Over the past 11 years, Michael Whitsitt has devoted himself to the ins and outs of complex litigation.
During my formative years, I was Vice President of the Student Body at Charleston Southern University where I also served as part of the South Carolina Student Legislature during my time in law school. I was able to distinguish myself by working abroad in the United Kingdom with a well-known criminal advocacy firm, where my work was well received.
I have a passion for trial advocacy and work to stay involved in my community by assisting with competitions at Charleston School of Law whenever possible.

I grew up in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, where I attended Wando High School and I love living in the Lowcountry.
When I am not at work, I like to spend my mornings in the gym, my afternoons on a tennis court, and my evenings with a good book.
I have an amazing dog named Mowgli. She is a rescue from Charleston Animal Society. She is super smart and loves to catch tennis balls and at the dog park, she has yet to find her equal in speed.
Not many people know that I am working on writing a novel.
