A native of Wilmington, North Carolina, Joseph Fleishman is a proud double Tar Heel graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and his juris doctorate from The University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Joey honed his negotiation skills as the captain of the Holderness Moot Court Negotiation Team and his legal writing as an Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law.

Joey is a dedicated personal injury litigator in Atlanta who has spent his entire career representing injury victims and the families of those who have been needlessly killed by the negligence of others. Joey focuses on cases involving wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions, tractor-trailer wrecks, premise liability, slip and falls, negligent security, dog bites, and nursing home abuse.

With a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients – whether that be through settlement or jury trial – Joey is relentless in his pursuit of justice and is dedicated to advocating for the rights of those who have been wronged. He is a skilled negotiator and litigator, known for his ability to effectively communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Outside of the office, Joey enjoys rooting on his beloved Tar Heels, playing golf, live music, and traveling to see family and friends.
