Jamie Agnew

Jamie Agnew was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a proud graduate of Florida State University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor with an honors distinction. She has been successful in recovering millions of dollars for clients who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents and premise liability cases such as negligent security matters. Jamie has handled wrongful death matters, negligent security matters, motor vehicle crashes, and daycare negligence cases.

Ms. Agnew has compassion for those who have suffered due to the negligence of others and she operates with optimal professionalism while keeping clients well informed on their case matters. Jamie enjoys devoting her time to assisting her clients and working hard to achieve just settlements through innovative case strategies. Additionally, she loves working with young people through her participation as a high school mock trial coach and judge. Jamie is licensed to practice in both Georgia and Virginia.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jamie worked for one of the largest insurance companies handling personal injury claims. She has negotiated claims on behalf of the insurance company for many years and now she uses her claims experience and knowledge of the insurance industry to advocate for injured plaintiffs as their attorney. Jamie has developed a way of handling cases that utilize her prior insurance experience to effectively present client cases to evoke the most beneficial results in an optimal timeframe.

Jamie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia where she graduated magna cum laude.  Jamie graduated in the top third of her class with the honors distinction of cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida.  While in law school Ms. Agnew also completed a summer international law program at the prestigious Oxford University in Oxford, United Kingdom.
