The greatest experience of Janice’s life was becoming a mother to her daughter—a moment that reshaped her purpose and drive. Her daughter continues to be her greatest source of motivation, reminding her daily of the importance of leading by example and being a real-life role model.
Outside of work, Janice enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching basketball and football games, and giving back to those in need.
