Tell us a little bit about yourself and your background:
I am the Managing Attorney at Monge & Associates. Since 2002, I have focused entirely on helping injured clients throughout Georgia and Florida. I began learning negotiation skills at my first job in a pawn shop at 16 years old, and after graduating from Florida State University, wanted to develop those skills further. At law school, I earned a place as a board member on the Client Counseling and Negotiation Society and distinguished myself as the recipient of the Wolf Scholarship at Delaware Law School.
In addition to consistently recovering millions of dollars annually for my clients, I have successfully argued for extensions of law in the area of negligent infliction of emotional distress in multiple wrongful death cases, and recovered more than policy limits many times in cases involving punitive damages.
Tell us something you like to do when you are not at work:
When not working, I enjoy music festivals, stand up comedy, and striper fishing. I keep balanced and focused by training cardio and weights most days of the week.

I am the proud owner of the world’s friendliest Golden Doodle, Sam, a native of Atlanta.
