Windsor, SC – One Dead in Structure Fire on Water Oak Dr
Windsor, SC (December 11, 2021) – There was a fatality reported following a residential fire on Friday morning, December 10, in Windsor.
Firefighters were called to the scene of the fire at around 5:45 a.m. The fire occurred at a residence located at the 526 block of Water Oak Drive. When emergency crews arrived, the building was fully engulfed and at risk of spreading the fire to a nearby structure.
A woman told reporters that it took nearly 30 minutes for firefighters to arrive at the fire. Her brother was reportedly inside and suffered fatal injuries. The identities of the involved parties have not been revealed at this time.
