Warrenville, SC – Leila Ann & Alice Gantt Killed in House Fire on White Ash St

Warrenville, SC (December 10, 2021) – Two people lost their lives following a house fire in Warrenville on Friday night, December 3. The deadly fire occurred at a residence located at the 110 block of White Ash Street at around 10:30 p.m. 

Both residents were reportedly trapped inside the home. Firefighters were sent to the scene to help put out the fire. After it was extinguished, the bodies of the deceased victims were found inside. The deceased parties were later identified as 72-year-old Leila Ann Gantt and her sister, 68-year-old Alice Gantt. Both reportedly died due to smoke inhalation. 

An ongoing investigation into the deadly fire is underway.
