The unexpected loss of a loved one leaves a gaping wound in the lives of their relatives. The mental suffering that comes along with the loss of a spouse, parent, child, or any loved one is made worse when the burden of financial responsibility is brought into the picture. Sometimes the costs of medical care, loss of income, and other circumstances associated with the loss generate financial difficulty, which adds to the stress and sadness that is already there. Knowing that your loved one could still be with you if it weren’t for the carelessness of another person or company makes an already difficult situation even more difficult.
