Spartanburg, SC – Passenger Hurt, Rider Killed in Motorcycle Crash on I-85
Spartanburg, SC (July 25, 2022) – One person was hurt and another was killed following a motorcycle accident in Spartanburg on Sunday afternoon, July 24. The deadly crash took place on Interstate 85 at mile marker 68 at around 3:57 p.m.
Local reports revealed that two people were riding a 2002 Honda motorcycle. The rider lost control and fell on the roadway before hitting a wall. Both passengers were taken to a hospital in serious condition. The rider was later pronounced dead.
The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.
