Spartanburg, SC – Linda Jackson Dies After Fire on Brookdale Dr

Spartanburg, SC (December 7, 2021) – On Monday night, December 7, a woman was killed in the aftermath of a residential structure fire in Spartanburg. The blaze was reported at around 5:06 p.m. at the 500 block of Brookdale Drive.

Local authorities revealed that 77-year-old Linda Jackson was the owner of the home. She suffered fatal injuries in the fire and was pronounced dead at the scene by responding paramedics. The cause of the fire has not been disclosed at this time. 

No further updates have been supplied. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the incident is underway.
