Car Crashes in South Carolina
The year 2018 saw a total of 1,037 fatalities on South Carolina’s highways. Nearly 65% of them were in automobiles, trucks, or SUVs. A total of 141 motorcycle riders and 165 pedestrians were killed. According to the statistics, multiple vehicles were involved in 45% of fatal accidents.
Accidents result in automobiles being mangled on the shoulder of the road, and then the injured are taken to the hospital in ambulances. Unfortunately, this is a scenario that we see all too frequently. Accidents involving motor vehicles take place on a daily basis in Manning and the neighboring areas of South Carolina, most of which are brought on by drivers’ carelessness and irresponsible behavior.
The victims of these accidents may be rendered unable to work, left with a mountain of medical debt, and filled with anxiety about the future of their families. In the most tragic of circumstances, victims of automobile accidents do not survive the impact of the collision, leaving their loved ones with an empty space in their life.
