South Carolina Deadly Motorcycle Crashes
Riding a motorbike may be a fun and thrilling experience, but it is also vital to be aware of the hazards associated. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that persons riding motorcycles have a 28 times higher risk of being involved in an accident that results in a death compared to those traveling in passenger automobiles. Because there are more than 115,000 persons who are registered to ride motorbikes in the state in 2019, motorists and motorcyclists alike need to be aware of the risks that are present on the roads.
In spite of the fact that a claim for personal injury and a claim for wrongful death have certain similarities, they are not the same. In a case of wrongful death, the individual who has passed away cannot act as their own attorney. Instead, the surviving members of the dead person’s family will be responsible for determining who among them is qualified to bring a claim for wrongful death. We are aware that you are going through a difficult period, and we are here to help you through each and every step of the process.
