North Charleston, SC – 13-Year-Old Fatally Hit by Driver at Rivers Ave & Remount Rd
North Charleston, SC (June 28, 2022) – A local teen was killed after being involved in a pedestrian accident in North Charleston on Friday night, June 24. The fatal crash was reported at the intersection of Rivers Avenue and Remount Road at around 9:20 p.m.
A 13-year-old boy was walking at the crossroads when he was hit by an oncoming motor vehicle. He was transported to Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital for treatment of sustained injuries. The victim later succumbed to his injuries. The identity of the deceased has been withheld.
