Newberry, SC – At Least One Injured in Car Crash on I-26
Newberry, SC (December 25, 2021) – Newberry emergency responders were called to a serious car accident on Christmas Day. At 1:44 p.m. the crash occurred on Interstate 26 EB near Exit 85.
Several lanes were closed as a result of the collision, and at least one person was injured. At this time, the extent of their injuries is unknown. The crash victims were examined and treated by emergency personnel on the scene. The number of people who were injured was not included in the initial reports.
