Myrtle Beach, SC – Three Hospitalized in Fire at 28th Ave & Duffy St
Myrtle Beach, SC (June 22, 2022) – A structure fire in the Myrtle Beach area on Wednesday morning, June 22, left three people injured. The incident took place at a residence located at the corner of 28th Avenue N. and Duffy Street at around 8 a.m.
Firefighters were dispatched to the scene to assist the involved parties. Two homes were destroyed in the blaze, and another was half destroyed. Three people were transported to a local hospital for treatment of sustained injuries. The fire was brought under control at around 9:30 a.m.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
