Myrtle Beach, SC – Amber Lawson Dies in Pedestrian Crash on SC-90
North Myrtle Beach, SC (February 12, 2022) – A person was killed after being hit by a motor vehicle in Myrtle Beach area on Saturday, February 12. The crash was reported at the intersection of SC-90 and Watertower Road at around 4:45 a.m.
A 2015 Honda Civic was reportedly traveling west on the highway when it struck a pedestrian on the roadway. Emergency responders were called to the scene to render aid to the injured party. The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead.
