Car Accidents in Georgia

Car accidents can turn lives upside-down within a matter of seconds. Unfortunately, hundreds of thousands of people are hurt in car accidents every year in Georgia. Though car accidents can happen virtually anywhere, highways are known for being some of the most common places for collisions.

In fact, in just one recent year’s time, more than half of car accidents leading to injuries and fatalities took place on highways and other major thoroughfares. These collisions happen due to many different reasons, including:

  • Distracted driving
  • Drunk or drugged driving
  • Speeding
  • Drowsy driving
