Leesville, SC – Three Firefighters Injured on Hallman Wagon Rd
Leesville, SC (December 23, 2021) – There were reported injuries at the scene of a fire in Leesville on Tuesday evening, December 21. The incident took place at the 500 block of Hallman Wagon Road at around 11 p.m.
When firefighters arrived, they found a residential structure fully engulfed in flames. It reportedly took around 20 combined units in order to fully put out the fire, and 35 firefighters were reportedly at the scene. It took roughly 6 hours for responding officials to be able to extinguish the blaze. Three firefighters were reportedly treated at the scene for sustained injuries.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
