Greenville, SC – Injuries Reported in Plane Crash on Hartness Dr

Greenville, SC (November 3, 2022) – There were reported injuries after a plane crash in the Greenville area on Wednesday, November 2. 

Local sources revealed that a single-engine Cessna 172 crashed into a field behind the Hartness Industrial Complex near Hartness Drive at around 12:50 p.m. It was reported that two people were on board. The plane had reportedly come from Summerville at around 11:22 a.m. The occupants were transported to local hospitals for treatment. 

No updates on their conditions have been provided. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in progress.
