Fort Oglethorpe, GA (June 12, 2022) – Around 1:30 p.m. on the afternoon of Sunday, June 12, a head-on collision took place at an intersection in Fort Oglethorpe.
According to Catoosa County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of the Battlefield Parkway and Cedar Lane. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection simultaneously. The vehicles collided head-on with each other as a result, sustaining severe damages as a result.
Several responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. Multiple victims sustained injuries in the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
