Ellenboro, SC – Elderly Man Dies in House Fire on Tiney Rd

Ellenboro, SC (December 2, 2021) – On Tuesday, November 30, an 80-year-old man was killed in a house fire in Ellenboro. The incident was reported at around 9:07 p.m. at a residence located on Tiney Road. 

The deceased victim was the owner of the one-story, three-bedroom home. Local reports revealed that the fire started in the bedroom and spread to the rest of the structure. Firefighters and emergency units were at the scene until 2:07 a.m. the following morning. The man sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. No further information has been provided at this time. 

An ongoing accident investigation is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
